Replacing the Front Grilles

Model: BMW Serie 3 E36 - Years 1990-2001

In this video, you can see the procedure to replace the front grilles of a BMW 3 Series. The two grilles are different and, as such, have two different product codes. Both are secured with clips: three at the bottom, one on each side, and one at the top. First, open the hood; then, pull the old grille outward from the inside. Once removed, simply place the new grille in the slot where the old one was and apply some pressure to engage all six securing clips. Repeat the same steps for the second grille, remembering to remove any silicone residue left from the attachment of the replaced grille.
