How to Reset the "Brake Pad" Light on a BMW 5 Series

Model: BMW Serie 5 F11, F10 - Years 2010-2017

Before you begin, sit in the driver's seat of your BMW 5 Series. Start by activating the instrument cluster by pressing the appropriate button. Next, deactivate the parking brake. At this point, press and hold the left button on the instrument cluster until the "Reset Brake Pads" option appears. Once this option appears, press and hold the button again until the brake pad light turns off, and you will have successfully completed the reset.
