Follow these practical instructions to remove and replace the cooling radiator on a BMW 3 Series E90, third generation. First, lift the hood of your car and remove the front cover located above the bumper by unscrewing the mounting screws. Then, disconnect the intake hose from the air filter box and unplug the various sensors, as shown in the video. Next, take a T25 Torx wrench to unscrew the bolts of the radiator hoses; also unscrew the lower screws of the fan to remove it from the top. Finally, remove and replace the radiator!
