Replacing the Blower Motor Resistor on 3 Series

Want to remove the blower motor resistor on a BMW 3 Series? Let's look at disassembling the components inside the front dashboard. Open the cover of the glove compartment, remove the screws on the sides, and take it out. Locate the blower motor resistor and unscrew the screws on the sides of the plastic covers. Disconnect the large connector from the resistor. Install a new blower motor resistor (connect the power connector). Finally, reassemble the glove compartment and tighten the screws. Test the operation of the air blower after replacing all the components.
