How to Reset the Brake Pad Warning Light on a BMW 3 Series?

On the BMW 3 Series, you need to perform a manual reset to remove the warning light for the brake pad replacement. To proceed with the reset, press the Start/Stop button to turn on the instrument cluster, but do not start the engine. Hold down the large button located in the lower left corner and wait for the maintenance menu to appear on the display. At this point, release the button and use it to scroll through the menu until you find the section related to the brake pads. By holding down the same button again, you can start the reset procedure, which will be completed at the end of the countdown.
