How to Open the Hood of a BMW X4?

Let's discover in this short and simple guide how to open the hood on the first generation BMW X4, as well as on the X3 and X4. First, open the front door and pull the lever to unlock the hood latch; then locate the mechanism to release on the right side of the hood, near the grille of the bumper, as shown in the video. At this point, use your fingers to release the mechanism (the hood lever) to open and lift the hood; then push the hood down to close it securely!
