How to Change the Key Battery of a BMW

To replace the battery in the remote key of a BMW, follow these steps: take the key and extract the emergency key by pressing the button located on the side of the key itself, then use the same emergency key to pry open the remote. Once the cover of the remote is removed, you will have access to the compartment containing the battery. Identify the type of battery and replace it with a new one, ensuring that the positive terminal is facing upwards. Finally, close the remote cover and reposition the emergency key inside.
