Today, let's go through the main steps to remove and replace the power steering pump on a BMW 3 Series. First, open the hood of your vehicle and start by removing the plastic cover above the bumper; then remove the air filter box and the power steering fluid reservoir, as shown in the video.

Next, disconnect the serpentine belt, then unscrew the bolts of the power steering pump; replace it with the new one, using the original part, by applying the reverse procedure!
