Head Gasket Installation

If the cylinder head has been removed to replace the head gasket, it may be necessary to re-tap the threaded holes in the cylinder block. Be careful to avoid leaving any metal shavings inside the cylinders and to choose the correct tap (M10 x 1.5 thread).
Once the new gasket and cylinder head are in place, apply thread locker to the bolts and tighten them following the cross-tightening pattern using a torque wrench and a regular wrench. This step is crucial for ensuring a proper seal of the cylinder head.
