If you own a 2016 BMW M4 Competition and want to replace the key battery, simply read the following guide carefully and follow the various steps described. The first thing to do is locate the button on the back of the cover and press it to easily slide out the physical emergency key contained within the cover. Next, use a flat screwdriver to remove the rear cover and gain access to the battery. Replace the battery with a brand new model and finally reassemble the rear cover.
