As you know, after a certain mileage, spark plugs, along with some other components, need to be replaced. In this case, to access the spark plugs, you must remove the plastic cover that bears the manufacturer's logo. Disconnect and remove the coils from each of the spark plugs. Clean the area with compressed air to prevent any dirt from falling into the engine through the spark plug hole. Use a socket wrench to remove the spark plugs. To install the new spark plugs of your choice, which must be compatible with the engine specifications, it is advisable to use a rubber hose or the same coil to help guide the threading. Remove the coil and continue tightening the spark plugs with the wrench. Reinstall the coils and check that no wires are out of place. Replace the cover and verify that everything is in order by starting the engine. Car model: BMW 318is
