Operation: How do you reset the pinch protection warning light on the BMW 3 Series windows?

The window lifter pinch protection warning light on the BMW 3 Series is activated whenever the system detects the presence of an obstacle preventing the window from closing: it often also lights up due to dirt present on the seals or due to the presence of a foreign body in the system. In order to reset this warning light, the glass that presents the problem must be lowered to the end of its stroke: once lowered, the button must be held down to make it rise. This operation may take several seconds, but when the glass is fully raised the light will be off.

How do you replace the battery of the BMW R 1250 GS?

In order to replace the battery of the BMW R 1250 GS it is necessary to loosen the bolts that secure the casing positioned on the left side of the bike, so that its cover can be removed. Once this has been removed, you will be able to access the components below, including the battery. The latter must be removed from its housing by disconnecting the power cables and unscrewing the appropriate fixing bolts. In this way it will be possible to insert a new battery, properly fixing it and connecting it to the relative cables, covering everything with the casing.
