Removing the Thermostat from BMW 5 Series E60 520d-530d

In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove and replace the thermostat on the BMW 5 Series E60, in the 520d or 530d version. First, open the hood of your car and start by removing the cover located above the bumper by unscrewing the screws with a Torx wrench; then remove the engine cover. Next, disconnect the hose from the throttle body by removing the radiator fan (disconnecting the electrical connector); lift the vehicle and drain the coolant. Now, unscrew the thermostat screws to replace it, following the video until the end!
