In today's video, learn how to replace the dead battery in the keyless remote for BMWs (this remote is common across several models from the Bavarian manufacturer). Remove the key blade from its slot.

Turn the key on the back and open it with a flathead screwdriver. Take out the dead battery and replace it; it is a CR 2450 3V battery, commonly available at general auto parts stores.

Insert the new battery and reassemble the cover, ensuring it fits securely. Reinsert the key blade into its slot, and the operation will be complete.

Now, test the functionality.
