Battery Replacement on BMW R1150R

After disconnecting the fuel tank and removing it, locate the battery at the top near the engine. Lift the plastic covers protecting the terminals and disconnect them (negative terminal first). Next, unclip the strap securing the battery, allowing it to be removed. Place the new battery in the compartment and secure it again with the fastening strap. Then reconnect the power terminals and close the protective covers. Finally, reposition the fuel tank and reconnect it.
