How to Reset the Engine Oil Light on a BMW 3 Series

Follow these steps to reset the engine oil light on your BMW 3 Series. First, get in the vehicle and turn on the ignition by pressing the start button once; then press and hold the button located on the left side of the instrument cluster until the oil change indicator appears, as shown in the video. At this point, press and hold the button again to reset the maintenance light; then start the engine and check that the light has been successfully reset!
