How to Remove the Steering Wheel Airbag on the BMW 3 Series?

To remove the steering wheel airbag on the BMW 3 Series, rotate the steering wheel left and right so that the screws located at the back can be completely loosened. Once these screws are removed, you can disengage the internal clips of the airbag, pulling it out from its housing; before performing this operation, it is recommended to disconnect the car battery. At this point, the connectors attached to the back of the airbag can be disconnected, and you can connect the new replacement part.
