In this video, you can briefly see how to replace the air filter and cabin filter on BMW 3 Series E91 320d. The first step is to lift the hood and secure it with the prop rod. To access the air filter, you need to remove several parts (the plastic cover above the filter and the sound insulation), including the strut brace. Once these parts are removed and the housing is cleaned, install the new air filter. After installing the new air filter, reassemble the parts you previously removed. Now, let's replace the cabin filters located at the top of the engine compartment, just below the windshield. Finally, reinstall the sound insulation cover, and you're done.
