In this tutorial, see how to replace the low beam bulbs in a BMW 5 Series, a very simple operation. Before proceeding, ensure the key is not in the ignition for safety.

Start by turning the wheels inward toward the side you will be working on, then locate the small cover in front of the wheel and open it. Next, unscrew the large circular cap, grasp the bulb by the connector, and remove it by turning it slightly counterclockwise.

Finally, install the replacement bulb, taking care not to touch the glass directly with your bare hands.
