How to Reset the Brake Light on a BMW X1 F48

If you are watching this video, it is because you have replaced the brake pads on your BMW X1 and want to turn off the warning light on the dashboard. First, sit in the driver's seat with the ignition on. To access the reset screen for various lights, press the button on the dashboard twice and then hold it for a few seconds. The dashboard will display a list of the car's warnings; by clicking the button, you will switch to the brake status light. Hold the button for a few seconds, then release it, and the screen will ask if you want to perform the reset. Click it again once to confirm. You can perform the same operation if you have also replaced the rear brakes.
