How to Install the Backup Camera on a BMW 3 Series?

To install the backup camera on a BMW 3 Series, open the rear hatch by unscrewing the screws that secure the corresponding panel inside. Once the panel is removed, you can pull out the license plate light assembly by disconnecting its connector and connecting it to the backup camera. The camera can now be secured in its place, routing the cable into the cabin: this cable must be connected to the radio as shown in the tutorial. After the cable is connected, hide it under the sill covers.
