Replacing the Car Pump

Model: BMW Serie 3 E92, E90, E91 - Years 2005-2013

A pump is a machine that uses moving mechanical parts to lift or move material. Once you locate the position of the part, lift the car on the side of the pump. Now proceed to remove the wheel to easily access the pump. Locate the drain plug, which is usually positioned at the bottom of the radiator. Unscrew it to drain the cooling system. Remove the belt that allows the pump to "spin." Install the new pump, tightening the mounting bolts securely and reconnecting the coolant hoses, tightening them firmly.
