How to Change the Remote Battery of a BMW 2 Series

Today, we will see, thanks to this useful video tutorial, the entire procedure necessary to replace the battery in the remote of a BMW 2 Series. Start by extracting the physical emergency key as shown in the video. Next, insert the tip of the extracted key into a designated slot located on the top of the remote, and pry off the back cover to remove it. Once this is done, remove the old battery and replace it with a new one. Finally, close the remote by following the reverse procedure. The required battery is the CR2022.
