Today we can see, thanks to this very useful video tutorial, the entire procedure necessary to replace the battery of a BMW Series 2 remote control. Let's start by extracting the physical emergency key as shown in the video, then we insert the tip of the key just extracted into a special slot, located on the top of the remote control, and we lever the back cover to remove it. Once this is done, we can remove the old battery and replace it with a new one. Finally, we close the remote control by following the reverse procedure. The necessary battery is the CR2022.
