Today, let's go over the necessary information to remove and replace the rear window seal on the BMW 5 Series. First, open the trunk and start removing the seal at the bottom.

Use something thin to gently pry off the rear window seal, pulling it up from one end until it is completely removed, as shown in the video. At this point, clean the base thoroughly of any remaining dirt, then apply the new seal.

Make sure it is properly seated by checking the trunk closure.
