How to Disable the 4x4 Warning Light on the BMW X3

Model: BMW X3 MK 1, E83 - Years 2003-2010
Part: Warning light – error code

First, turn off your vehicle. Then, press and hold the button located at the bottom center of the dashboard on the driver's side. At this moment, turn the key to the "I" position. Keep the button pressed until you see the message "OIL SERVICE" or "INSPECTION", followed by "RESET" or "R". At this point, you can release the button. Press the button again until the message "reset" or "r" starts flashing. While it is flashing, press the button again to reset everything. Press the button again for 5 seconds until the message "END SIA" appears.
