Removing and Replacing the Manufacturer Emblem on the Hood

Model: BMW Serie 3 E91, E90, E92 - Years 2005-2013

If you wish to replace the manufacturer emblem, proceed as follows. Using a plastic tool to avoid damaging the bodywork, place a cloth near the logo to be removed and leverage between the logo and the bodywork, prying it in multiple points until it pops out of its seat.
With a pair of needle-nose pliers, gently remove the two plastic clips and install two new ones. At this point, simply position the emblem on the two clips and press it down. At the end of the job, you can apply a protective film by simply removing the clear backing and applying it to the logo.
