The steps to replace the battery of the 2023 BMW 5 Series are simple and quick to perform independently. All we need to do is press the button on the side of the remote to remove the emergency metal key contained inside. Insert the key into the remote and apply pressure outward to open it. Then remove the old battery and insert a new CR2032 model. Close the remote and insert the metal key inside. Finally, test the functionality of the remote near the vehicle.
