How to reset the oil light on the 2020 BMW X3

When the engine oil warning light on the instrument panel of your 2020 BMW X3 continues to turn on by mistake, you must proceed with a manual reset of the light in question. Below we will discover together how to perform this operation quickly and correctly. First of all, reach the driver's side and start the engine, then press the button located in the lower left corner of the dashboard several times until you see the total kilometers traveled on the display of the instrument panel. At this point, hold down the same button and release it after a couple of seconds. Finally, hold it down one last time until the reset is complete.
