The situation described in the video is that of a Cadillac CT6 which after being turned off for about 15 minutes does not turn on anymore. The first thing the owner did is see if it could depend on the battery by turning on the lights (this were very bright) and looking for oxidation on the poles. None of this, he then tried to smell burning but everything seemed perfect. He then checked the fuse box but everything seemed at home.
