This guide shows how to replace the shift knob on the Cadillac ATS. The first step is to lift the armrest and remove the trim from the center console. Using a 7 mm wrench, remove the two fastening bolts of the center plate.

Remove the cup holder and take off the front trim of the shifter. Remove the fastening pin of the knob and take out the part; pull the old knob off the center console plate.

Install the new replacement part and reassemble everything in place. Check the proper functioning of the shift lever before hitting the road.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
