Resetting the oil service light on the Cadillac XT5, as we can see in this tutorial, is an extremely simple and quick operation. Before doing this, ensure that you have completed all the required maintenance tasks.

Start by inserting the key and turning on the ignition, then using the buttons on the right side of the steering wheel, enter the options menu and check that the "Oil life" option is checked. Once this is done, return to the main screen, press the right arrow, and scroll through the various options until you reach the oil option, where you will hold down the "OK" button to perform the reset.
