In this video we can see how to open the rear hatch of a Chevrolet Equinox MK1 when it is stuck. This can happen if the battery is dead, and we have to do it from inside the vehicle, where we have to remove a small plastic circle to access a silver lever. The space is very small, we cannot fit our hand in, so we have to do it with a pen or a small screwdriver, and push the lever towards the back; with the other hand we will push the hatch outwards, until we hear the "click" of the lever unlocking.
