Replacing the Pollen Filter on a Captiva

Model: Chevrolet Captiva MK 1 - Years 2006-2018

Remove the air filter from the Captiva. This is a very easy task; let's see how to remove the filter. Open the glove compartment door (right side of the dashboard). Unscrew the securing screws on the sides of the drawer, then remove it from inside the dashboard. Remove the cap from the filter housing (push the plastic clip), then extract the cabin filter. Insert a new pollen filter, ensuring it fits snugly around the walls of the box; refit the cap of the filter box. Refit the glove compartment and screw in the securing screws. Close the drawer after assembly.
