How to Replace the Fuel Filter on a Chevrolet Silverado

In this video tutorial, you will see how to replace the fuel filter on a Chevrolet Silverado by following some simple steps: the first thing to do is purchase a new fuel filter. Raise the hood and secure it with the prop rod. Using the fuse diagram, locate the fuel pump relay and disconnect it. Once disconnected, take a 16 mm wrench and a socket to loosen the nuts securing the fuel line to the fuel filter; place a container to catch any fuel that spills during the removal of the filter. Unscrew the two nuts that hold the filter in place; once the filter is removed, you can replace it with the new one. After installing the new fuel filter, reconnect the fuel pump relay that was previously removed.
