This guide outlines the main steps to remove and replace the EGR valve on a Chevrolet Cruze VCDi 16 valves. First, open the bonnet and remove the plastic protective cover.

Then, take off the air filter housing and disconnect the intake hose, as shown in the video. Locate the EGR valve at the rear of the engine block; disconnect the turbo pipe and remove the intake duct to access the valve, unscrewing all fixing screws to remove it. Clean the valve or replace it, following the video tutorial to the end!
