Operation: How to dismantle the external rearview mirror of the Chevrolet Express Mk2.

The guide shows how to disassemble the external rearview mirror of the Chevrolet Express Mk2. The first operation to be performed is to remove the finishing cover located behind the internal door lock lever and unscrew the two highlighted cross screws. Remove the armrest, held in place by some plastic clips, and remove the screws. At this point, using a plastic lever, disconnect the fixing clips of the door panel by acting on the edge of the panel itself. Remove the connectors from the panel and the sound-absorbing plastic. Disconnect the mirror control connector before disassembling the part. Remove the three mirror fixing bolts and extract the element, taking care not to damage the bodywork. Install the new rearview mirror in position and check the correct operation of the electric control. Remount the door panel in position.
