How do you replace the timing chain of the Chevrolet Silverado?

In order to replace the timing chain of the Chevrolet Silverado, you need to open the hood, thus gaining access to the components inside the engine compartment: you will also need to loosen the screws that secure the right front wheel, removing the fender liner along with it. This will allow access to the screws that secure the tensioner, removing it completely and reducing the tension of the chain itself: it can now be removed and replaced with a new spare part, reassembling all the previously removed components.
