How to Change the Brake Disc on a Daewoo Nubira

In this guide, learn how to remove the rear brake disc on a Daewoo Nubira. Position your car on a column lift or jack, loosen the bolts with a socket spanner, and raise it to a comfortable height. Unscrew the bolts and remove the wheel, then start unscrewing the bolts of the brake caliper to detach it from the bracket. Use a socket spanner to loosen the brake fluid bolt and wind back the piston until all fluid has drained out. Now remove the caliper bracket and unscrew the bolts on the brake disc to pull it off. Clean all dirt and debris from the disassembled parts. Refit the brake disc with all the associated Torx bolts, tighten the caliper bracket to the disc and the pads, then mount the brake caliper. Before fitting the wheel, bleed the brake caliper and tighten the bolt. Now place the wheel onto the hub and screw in all the bolts, lower the car, top up any lost brake fluid, and always check the brake pedal pressure.
