Chevrolet Nubira - Video tutorial

Model: Chevrolet Nubira - Years 1997-2003
Part: Brake discs
Operation: How to change the brake disc on a Daewoo nubira

Let's see in this video how to intervene on the disassembly of a rear disc brake of a Daewoo Nubira. We place our car on a column or jack bridge, loosen the pins with a telescopic wrench and lift to a comfortable height to intervene. We unscrew the pins and remove the rim, then we begin to unscrew the pins of the brake caliper by detaching it from the support. With a socket wrench we loosen the oil pin and screw the piston with a right thread until the liquid comes out completely. Now remove the caliper support and unscrew the pins on the disc brake and pull it away. We clean with brushes all the dirt and residues from the disassembled pieces. We reassemble the brake disc with all the torx pins attached, we tighten the caliper support to the disc and the pads, then, we assemble the brake caliper. Before mounting the rim, we bleed the brake caliper and we go to tighten the pin. Now we put the rim into the wheel hub and screw all the pins, put the car on the ground going to top up the oil drained previously and always check the pressure of the brake pedal.
