The following steps will show us how to disassemble and replace the engine air filter of the Citroen C4 1.6 HDI. Firstly, we open the hood of the car and start removing the upper engine cover; then we remove the brake fluid reservoir by unscrewing two fixing screws. At this point, we unscrew the front screws of the air filter cover, removing it and then also removing the cartridge; we replace it with the new one, as well as the original one, fixing it correctly on the airbox and finally reassembling the plastic cover.
