How do you replace the front turn signal bulb of the Citroën Xsara Picasso?

To replace the front turn signal bulb of the Citroën Xsara Picasso, you need to open the hood in order to access the components in the engine compartment: inside the headlight assembly, you will find the inner panel of the headlight that needs to be removed to access the bulb inside. The bulb can now be removed from its socket to access the connector: the new replacement bulb should be connected to it. The bulb can now be inserted into the headlight and then closed again with its inner panel.
