Removing the steering wheel airbag on a Citroen Spacetourer vehicle is a very simple and quick operation to perform independently. Before removing the airbag, it is important to disconnect the car's battery to avoid accidental damage. To remove the airbag, we need to rotate the steering wheel 180° and insert a screwdriver into the side hole that can push the internal lever to the left and release the central body from the steering wheel. Disconnect the connector and then remove the body completely. To also remove the steering wheel, we will need to unscrew the central nut. The assembly of the airbag follows a similar and quick procedure, you just need to connect the central body to the airbag and then push gently.
