How to Remove a Front Headlamp on a Citroen C4

Model: Citroen C4 MK 1 - Years 2004-2010

Follow these steps to remove a front headlamp on a Citroen C4: open the bonnet by pulling the release lever and secure it. Unscrew the retaining bolts on the headlamp bar using a socket spanner or battery-powered screwdriver. At this point, you will find additional bolts at the bottom of the headlamp; unscrew them from the metal plates. Disconnect the bulb holder from the headlamp and remove the headlamp from the vehicle body. Fit the new headlamp with new bulbs if damaged (always ensure they are the correct type and size) and insert the headlamp into its housing. Finally, tighten the headlamp bolts with the socket spanner. Test the lights to ensure they are functioning correctly.
