In this video, we will see how to replace the gear knob of a 2013 Citroen C4. First, we need to lift the boot, making the metal teeth come out of the frame very carefully to avoid breaking them. Then we remove the clamp that holds the boot to the lever, and finally we pull it up, using as much force as possible but without overdoing it to avoid breaking it. We push the new knob along the lever; now lift the boot upwards, and with a new clamp, secure it to the base of the new knob. All that's left is to push the teeth of the frame back into their slots; and the job is done.
