The EOBD port (European On Board Diagnostic) originates from the better known American OBDII, and is mandatory for gasoline vehicles M1 for registrations from January 1, 2001, and for diesel vehicles (always M1) for registrations from January 1, 2004. N1 diesel vehicles have had the obligation since January 1, 2007. The port, on the Citroen Cactus, is located on the left side of the vehicle: in the case of the video, it is a right-hand drive, so it is located under the glove compartment: in the case of left-hand drive, it is located between the steering wheel and the driver's door.
