How to replace the battery in a Citroen C3? This guide explains how to carry out the battery replacement: open the car door and pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift the front bonnet, then secure it. Once the engine compartment is open, you will find the battery to be removed and replaced; remove the securing bolts from the battery terminals, then take it out of the engine compartment and replace it with a new one (same voltage). Close the engine bonnet after fitting the new battery. - Use a spanner or socket.
