Today, see how to replace the battery in the remote key of a 2013 Citroen C4 independently. To perform this procedure, lift the key from inside the remote, as shown in the video, and use a craft knife or flathead screwdriver to remove the battery cover.

After removing the cover, take out the worn battery and insert the new one. The most common battery model used is the CR 2032. Close the remote cover and test the key's operation by pressing the central locking buttons. If it malfunctions, it may be necessary to reprogram the key.
