How to change the engine air filter in a Citroen Berlingo

To replace the engine air filter in a Citroen Berlingo, you need to open the bonnet and locate the air filter box, connected to the intake duct in the engine compartment. After releasing the retaining clips or unscrewing the screws of the cover, depending on the engine type, lift the cover just enough to access the filter element.

Then extract the old filter and clean the inside of the housing, removing any dust and dirt residues. Next, insert the new filter, ensuring it is correctly oriented and perfectly seated in its place.

Finally, close the filter box, reattach the clips or tighten the retaining screws, and check that the cover is securely closed and that the intake ducts are properly connected.
