The battery is located under the passenger seat: then remove the head restraint to make it easier to tip the seat and, by pressing the tabs on the rear, under the backrest, fold the seat forward to access the battery compartment. Remove the plastic cover and then the fixing bracket; loosen the pole clamps (one unscrews and the other releases) and remove the old battery. Then insert the new one, attach the gas vent tube and the poles, then fix the bracket and replace the cover. Then start the engine to check the efficiency of the battery.

How to activate the cruise control of the Nissan Qashqai
