Replacing the Diesel Filter on a Citroen Xsara Picasso

With the engine off and the handbrake engaged, lift the right side (passenger side) of the vehicle with a jack, approximately halfway up, to create space to access the diesel filter. Position axle stands to ensure the raised vehicle is secure. At this point, you can see the diesel filter, which is clearly indicated in the video. Prepare a container underneath the filter, then disconnect the inlet and outlet hoses and the connector. Remove the old filter and insert the new one. Now, simply reverse the process until fully reassembled.
