Replacement of Cylinder Head Fixing Pins

After engine regeneration, during reassembly, it is important to replace the cylinder head fixing pins along with gaskets and oil seals, as they are relatively inexpensive. The first step is to clean the threads of the cylinder block with the appropriate tap (use a thread gauge to determine the type of pin, in terms of diameter and thread pitch, and select the correct tap), ensuring that no debris ends up in the cylinders. Once this operation is complete, position the gasket and cylinder head, apply sealant to the new pins, and tighten according to the specified pattern.
